Probably held the record for the most days "skipped" at school - Always told the office staff that I skipped and that must have been the reason they did not report me to my parents. In my senior year I was personally invited by school Vice-Principal to attend more school so that I could graduate. Actually not funny, kind of sad about time lost and wasted ....

1961 to Oct 1963 worked as a groom/barn manager for the United States Equestrian Team in Gladstone N.J.
Oct 1963 to Nov. 1969 U.S Army - enlisted ranks - Served in Military Intelligence - Military sent me to learn Russian at DLIWC in Monterey Calif - for those who remember me as a student will get a laugh out of that. Served the civilian intelligence community for a short time after leaving military - since then have been involved with machinery sales, construction machinery sales management, and finally with a manufacturing company that built special application products for Caterpillar, who then proceed to purchase the company - hence my retiring from Caterpillar Inc. in 2006. A marriage or two/three, can't remember along with a divorce or two or ... not an admirable record by any measure of how to conduct personal relationships.

I have lived in Arizona since 1985 and really, really like the sun. In late August or early Sept. you wonder about your sanity for living here, but then October rolls around and you know why.
